At The Amber Room, we strive to provide the highest quality fabrics and ensure customer satisfaction. Please take note of the following policies regarding exchanges, refunds, and order issues:
No Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, all fabric orders are custom cut to your specifications. As a result, we are unable to offer exchanges once the order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before finalizing the purchase.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for the same reason stated above. Our fabrics are cut specifically for your order, and once cut, they cannot be restocked or resold.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order is placed correctly. The Amber Room cannot be held accountable for errors made during the ordering process, and no compensation will be provided for such mistakes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is delivered damaged or incorrect, you must notify The Amber Room within **24 hours of receiving the package**. This allows our team to investigate the issue and resolve it accordingly. If we are contacted after the 24-hour window, we cannot take responsibility for any damages, as they may have occurred while in the customer’s possession.
Replacements and Refunds for Faulty Items
In the event that an item is incorrect, of low quality, or has a major fault, The Amber Room will either replace the item or issue a refund. We are committed to ensuring you receive products that meet our high standards.
